What Atlas measures

Atlas AI Index measures responses produced by the specific AI provider and prompt set shown on each scan. A score is a sampled recommendation-share metric, not a universal ranking across every AI product and not a guarantee of how any individual user will see a brand.

No ranking guarantees

AI outputs and web sources change. Atlas does not guarantee that recommended actions will cause a provider to mention, cite or rank a business, or produce any particular commercial result.

Deep audits

The launch deep audit is a one-off research service that enters a manual quality-review queue after payment. Delivery timing may vary with research complexity. Final reports may combine automated research with human review.

Monitoring subscriptions

Monitoring is billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Recurring scans are scheduled approximately weekly, but provider outages, rate limits or third-party service failures may delay a scan. You may disable monitoring for individual businesses without cancelling the subscription.

Acceptable use

You must provide information you are entitled to use and must not use Atlas to impersonate others, abuse third-party services, scrape prohibited data, or submit unlawful or sensitive personal information.

Third-party services

Atlas relies on services including Vercel, Firebase, Stripe and AI/search providers. Their availability and terms can affect Atlas functionality.

Atlas provides marketing and visibility intelligence, not legal, financial or guaranteed SEO advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of revenue, ranking or business outcome.
